New RPS Transformer 300 DLX EFI Go kart

The RPS Transformer 300 DLX EFI Go Kart is a full-size recreational go-kart designed for riders looking for strong engine performance, a durable chassis, and a capable off-road platform. Powered by a 275.6cc water-cooled, single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine, the Transformer 300 DLX combines electronic fuel injection with electric starting and a chain-drive transmission for straightforward operation and responsive performance.

The JL1P73MN engine features a 72.5mm × 66.8mm bore and stroke and produces a maximum output of approximately 13 horsepower at 6,500 RPM with 20.5 Nm of torque at 5,000 RPM. The water-cooling system helps manage engine temperature during extended recreational riding, while the EFI system provides electronically controlled fuel delivery.

The Transformer 300 DLX is equipped with a 25-liter fuel tank and a 1.6-liter engine oil capacity, providing practical capacity for longer riding sessions. It uses an ECU ignition system and electric starting, with a 12V 9Ah battery supplying the electrical system.

Power is transferred through a chain-drive transmission. The chassis incorporates an extended upright dual A-arm front suspension with spring-and-damping shock absorbers to help the go-kart handle uneven surfaces. With a 150mm minimum ground clearance, the Transformer 300 DLX is designed with recreational off-road driving in mind.

For braking, the go-kart uses hydraulic disc brakes with foot control. The large tire setup includes 21×7-10 front tires and 22×11-10 rear tires, providing a broad contact area for recreational driving.

The Transformer 300 DLX has an approximately 2,035mm wheelbase and a curb mass of 312kg (687 lbs). With a listed top speed of approximately 85 km/h, this go-kart is suited to appropriate private-property and off-road recreational use where permitted.
